Grexel Systems Ltd. is a solutions provider in the area of climate change mitigation.

The company has an extensive experience in and in-depth knowledge of both the market dynamics and the technology for trading in green commodities market. The experience is based on active involvement in implementation of the RECS/EECS trading scheme and national trading schemes in various countries. Grexel Systems is the biggest EECS (European Energy Certificate System) Issuer.

Grexel is the Issuing Body for EECS certificates in Finland and Sweden. We take care of registration of members and the production plants, issue certificates, and maintain a Central Certificate Depository system to track the ownership of certificates.

Grexel also develops and maintains the Central Certificates Depositories for green commodities. Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Slovenia and Sweden have been using Grexel’s registration database from the beginning.
