Grexel Systems Ltd. is a business infrastructure solutions provider in the area of climate change mitigation. Our customers are government bodies and other organisations that are mandated to arrange the issuing and trade of green commodities, such as guarantees of origin or green certificates.

The company has an extensive experience in and in-depth knowledge of both the market dynamics and the technology for trading in green commodities market. The experience is based on active involvement in implementation of number of trading schemes in various countries.

Grexel develops and maintains software for tracking the ownership of green commodities. These Central Certificates Depository systems are used by government bodies, such as regulators and transmission system operators to facilitate guarantee of origin and green certificate schemes. Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway, Slovenia and Sweden have used Grexel's registration database from the beginning.

Grexel is also the Issuing Body for EECS certificates in Finland and Sweden. We take care of registration of members and production plants, issue certificates, and maintain a Central Certificates Depository system to track the ownership of certificates.
